These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Foreself mobile app ("Foreself", "the app"). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Foreself is a performance-rehearsal and visualization tool for everyday high-stakes moments. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, clinical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately (in the US, call or text 988).
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) to use Foreself.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the moments you describe. You grant us a limited license to process that content to generate and deliver your sessions. Sessions are produced with automated systems (including AI language models and text-to-speech) and may contain inaccuracies; use your own judgment.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foreself and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
